1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoFileBeam, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GoFileBeam is a file sharing service that allows users to upload, store, and share files with others. The service provides end-to-end encryption for password-protected files and automatic file expiration based on user-defined settings.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of GoFileBeam, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Not upload files that contain viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not upload copyrighted material without permission
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas of the service
  • Not use the service for spamming or sending unsolicited communications

4. File Storage and Expiration

GoFileBeam provides temporary file storage with the following characteristics:

  • Files are stored for a limited time based on your selected expiration settings
  • Files may expire after a certain number of downloads or after a time period
  • Expired files are automatically and permanently deleted
  • We do not guarantee file availability or backup of uploaded files
  • Storage space is limited and subject to quota restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload to GoFileBeam. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit those files as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

6. Service Limitations

GoFileBeam has the following limitations:

  • Maximum file size limits apply
  • Total storage capacity is limited
  • Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Contains personal information of others without consent

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoFileBeam, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
